Career Transition and Workforce Reclassification

The loss of a job is a pivotal moment in the life of an employee and those around him or her. Aware that it can have negative consequences and plunge the individual into a transition in which a certain imbalance is established, we work to equip and support laid-off workers so that they can plan the actions to be taken, and so that the decisions taken can create new professional opportunities.

The evaluation of the situation experienced by each employee concerned, their respective needs and wishes will allow us to prepare and implement a reclassification plan adapted to each of them.
